The SOMOS Collective Model

You are not paying for an agency.
You are paying for the work.

Most agencies carry significant fixed costs. Offices. Permanent teams. Account management layers. Infrastructure built for their scale, not yours. Those costs appear in your invoice whether or not they contributed to your project.

SOMOS works differently. We are a senior collective - founders with board-level commercial and production experience, working directly on your brief from the first conversation to the final debrief. Around each project, we draw on a curated network of specialist partners: set designers, AV and production teams, fabricators, technical directors, photographers. The right people, engaged for what your project specifically needs.

Senior thinking throughout. Specialist delivery where it matters. Pricing that reflects your project - not what it costs to run an agency.

No handoffs.
Ever.

When you contact SOMOS you speak to us. Not to someone who passes it up the chain.

Senior people
on every brief.

The founders lead every project.
You work with us directly - not with a team that manages us.

Bespoke.

To your brief.

Every project is built around what your brief actually needs. You do not fund a standing team between projects.

How we work →

THE WORK

Senior event expertise across the full corporate portfolio

We do not do everything. We do a defined range of things, well, for clients who value senior thinking over volume.

Exhibition strategy & stand creative

How your stand earns the right conversations - proposition, creative direction, team briefing and the events you build alongside the floor.

Leadership offsites and away days

Designed around what you want people to feel when they leave - not around what hotel has availability. Culture, alignment, connection.

Fringe events and hosted sessions

The roundtable, the private briefing, the hosted dinner that runs alongside the main floor and generates the conversations a stand alone cannot.

Client and partner events

The client dinner, the partner summit, the year-end gathering. Events that carry commercial weight and need to be designed as if they do.

Activations

The interactive experience that earns linger time and starts conversations - designed around your audience, not your budget.

Internal conferences and all-hands events

Large-scale internal events that need to do more than inform - they need to energise, align and give people a reason to feel part of something.

The events that change things are
designed, not assembled.

NEUROINCLUSIVE EVENT DESIGN

Events designed for the full range of people in the room.

Around 20% of people are neurodivergent. Most event design does not account for that — not through lack of intention, but because it has never been part of the planning conversation.

We completed neuroinclusion training with Welcome Brain and apply the EICC and ABPCO Neurodiversity in Events framework to every brief. Not as a compliance checklist. As a design principle that is present from the first conversation — before the venue is booked, before the format is set, before any of the decisions that are much harder to change later.

The result: events that work better for a wider range of people than most briefs ever consider. Which, consistently, means events that work better for everyone.
